Is quality lost when rotating?
No. Plooi doesn’t redraw anything: it just records how each page should be shown. Text and photos stay exactly as they were.

Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Pick ‘Choose pages’ and type the number, or several like 2, 5-7.

Where does the rotating happen?
In your own browser. Your PDF goes to no server at all.
